•CURRENTLY WE DON'T HOLD ANY PROVISION FOR RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT SOLD. KINDLY READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT BEFORE PLACING ORDER.

MAKE SURE YOU MENTION SIZE CHANGES (only for the eligible products mentioned in product bios) DURING ORDER PLACEMENT OR WITHIN 2-5 HOURS MAXIMUM OF THE ORDER PLACED, ELSE THIS COULD LEAD TO DELAY IN YOUR ORDER DISPATCH.


EXCHANGE POLICY


  • Orders worth Rs 2999 or above are eligible for exchange. We have 12 hours exchange policy, which means you have 12 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must send the unboxing 360° uncut, unedited, unfiltered video and pictures of the product.
  • Shipping charges of returning goods to us and resending to client during exchange will be solely borne by the customer for which Standard shipping charges may apply based upon weight and location.
  • To start an exchange, you can contact us at spkshipping@gmail.com, or Whatsapp us on +91 76529 96351 and wait for the exchange request approval. Exchange will be settled only once the good are returned and received by us in above mentioned condition only.
  •  If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange and it's approval, will not be accepted.


DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (maximum withing 12 hours of the product received) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To claim exchange for the damaged product shipped by us, customers should must follow below Instructions:-


  •  Inform us the issue immediately or maximum within 12 hours of the reception of product.
  • Provide us 360° unboxing video and pictures of the product, starting from the first cover of the package till inside product and highlighting on the defects or damages on the product.
  • Video and pictures must be uncut, unedited, unfiltered and without any effects else issue will not be resolved.
  • After sending the videos and pictures on our WhatsApp no: +91 76529 96351, kindly wait for our reply and matter will be settled within 24-48 hours after the issue is reported.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW EACH AND EVERY INSTRUCTION MENTIONED ABOVE TO GET YOUR DAMAGED PRODUCT ISSUE RESOLVED.

ANYTHING NOT COMPLYING ABOVE RULES CALLS FOR NO SETTLEMENT OF THE ISSUE AND CLAIM AT ANY COST.
